Painting Patterns - Chevron

I'm woefully behind with the Daily Painting Challenge -- I forget how much else I have to do! But that's ok, I fit it in whenever I can, and whenever I need to just zone out and relax. So here's my latest pattern, chevron, and I went for some earthy tones here for a change ... I may add these hues to the rest of my illustrations this year, they're particularly soothing.

This was painted with Royal Langnickel gouache paints in a Pink Pig watercolour sketchbook.

Off to continue working and I hope to paint another one of these really soon! Cheers.
