I take photos of anything that might make good fodder for my drawings, especially for times when I'm starvingly blocked. I particularly love animals, so when I saw these geese wandering around the extensive gardens and pond at our local (and excellent!) Restaurant, Bamboo Thai, the camera was immediately whipped out and, keeping well away from the birds themselves as I have great respect for their ferocious 'guard-dog' reputations, I managed to click these few as they dashed for the water ...
Areen't they cool? I realise that these aren't exactly the best photos I've shot, but they're good enough for art reference sketches, so I'm pretty happy. Next time I need something to draw it might just turn out to be a goose. Cheers.
